Customer service


We obviously strive to make everything about our coffee perfect for our customers but occasionally something might go wrong.


If you find there’s a problem with your coffee when it arrives, please just send us a message at and we’ll be happy to look into the issue for you.


Any faulty goods returned to within a reasonable time will be refunded under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).


Also, where a consumer exercises their cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
